Return policy

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. To use the right, let us know before the 14 days are up, then send the items back without unnecessary delay.

• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• All tags must still be attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

You may try the items on and look them over the way you would in a shop — anything beyond that may reduce your refund.

Contact us at [contact email] and tell us which items you are returning. We will send you the return address and any instructions. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the full amount you paid for the items, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days. We always refund through the payment method you used for the order.

You pay the cost of returning items, unless the item is faulty or we sent you something other than what you ordered — in that case, we cover it.

The fastest way to swap a size or colour is to place a new order and return the original one for a refund.
